A: We would be happy to meet you at an office, hotel or even a Starbucks! We just need a little bit of space to get the job done.

A: We offer flexibility in terms of scheduling. Let us know what works best for you.

Q: Do you have an office location?

A: We do not have a physical shop, which is why we are willing to come to your location. This generally makes it easier for our customers who might not have the means to get to us, but have the means to get to a nearby popular location. We are all about convenience here.

Q: What are your rates?

Q: How long will it take to fix my smartphone?

A: We only take a few minutes for most repairs, and practically all are done within an hour. But, let us know exactly what you have and we will give you an accurate time frame.

Q: What devices can you fix at Big Apple Cell Phone? I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 with a cracked screen, will you fix that?

A: We fix all sorts of smartphones and tablets, so yes, we will fix a broken Samsung Galaxy S4. We also repair Samsung Galaxy S3, S5, Note 2 and 3, and for those devices we employ techniques such as the use of LOCA glue.
